Why should I choose to donate to ANNADA?

What are the modes of payment for a donation?

ANNADA presently accepts

  1. ✓ All Indian credit cards and debit cards
  2. ✓ UPI (GooglePay, BHIM, PhonePe, Paytm etc)
  3. ✓ Net banking
  4. ✓ Bank transfer

 

Do You Accept International Donations?

Unfortunately as of now, we do not accept international donations. We do plan to support international donations in the future. Only donations from Indian Banks along with valid PAN Card details will be accepted.

 

How do I know my transaction is secure?

ANNADA has very high standards on credit card security to better protect the information you give us when you make the donation. We do not store any payment information on our servers. Further, all donation details are encrypted using tokens representing your financial information on the payment processor - hence they do not have your payment details either.

 

When will I get a receipt for my donation?

Your donation will be charged to your card within 3 days and you will receive a confirmation within 24 hours of the donation. If you haven’t received your receipt within 3 days, please contact us at at [email protected]

 

What tax benefits will I get for the donations made through ANNADA?

If you are an Indian taxpayer, it is mandatory that you provide your PAN card details during the transaction. If you don't provide your PAN card details, we will not be able to process your donation as it is compliance requirement, You can avail the tax exemption for donations made through 80G.

 

I am not receiving any e-mails from ANNADA on my email? What could be the problem?

At times spam filters can prevent emails from reaching you. Please add the ID **[email protected]** to your address book so you keep receiving important emails from ANNADA.

 

How do I raise funds?

To Start a Fundraiser, follow the three steps:

  1. ✓ Sign up
  2. ✓ Select the Category you want to create your fundraiser
  3. ✓ Submit for review
  4. ✓ Your Fundraiser will be reviewed by our team and has to meet our requirements to be approved

 

What Next?

  • ✓ Once your campaign is approved, use the campaign URL to promote it and raise funds.
  • ✓ Promote your fundraiser. Share with family and friends Send emails, text messages and share on social media.
